03Up to 5 co-authors, with 3 to 5 keywords.
04Leave names and institutions out of the abstract text. Review is blind.
05Submit online only. Abstracts sent by email are not accepted.

The top 3 papers in each category are selected for oral presentation; others may be selected as posters. The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.

2Submit your abstractFill the structured form and upload a file. You get a code and an email at once.
3Blind reviewCommittee members score it on screen, by code only. Scores are averaged and ranked.
4Oral or posterYou receive the decision by email. Register by 25 Jan 2027 to present.
Terms & conditions
• The work must be original and not published or presented at a national or international meeting.
• Case reports need patient or guardian consent, with identifying details removed. Studies need ethics approval.
• Declare any conflict of interest and any use of AI tools in writing.
• Presenting authors must register by 25 January 2027, or the abstract is withdrawn.
• Residents and fellows who present receive travel support and one night's stay on double occupancy.
• To withdraw an abstract, write to abstracts@ipeds2027.com.
• Your data is stored securely for IPEDS 2027 and deleted after the event.
